About the job:
Associates at our company work as senior members of a project team, developing high-impact strategies and implementation plans for our clients. New associates are typically expected to develop independent work plans, perform data-driven analysis and take ownership for significant portions of client work. As part of their work, associates are mapped to members of the client team, which facilitates the development of strong client relationships. Associates are usually responsible for:
• Gathering data from clients and in the field.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Generating creative, action-oriented insights.
• Presenting to mid-level and senior-level clients.
• Working with clients to implement recommendations.
Qualifications:
• M.B.A., Ph.D., or Master’s Degree, from Top 10 University ,with GPA of 3.6 or great, or substantial work experience.
• Possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a keen business sense.
• Demonstrates a strong academic record.
• Experience with leading strategy management consulting firm is desirable.
• Sincere desire to effect change.
• High motivation/high energy level.
• Willingness to travel to client meetings and do client-site work as needed.
